GROUP CLASSES
// All group classes are included with your monthly Powerhouse Gym membership. We offer a wide variety of innovative and challenging classes, and constantly monitor attendance and feedback so that we can successfully meet the demands of our members. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis.

Class Descriptions:

Yoga
Improve your balance and build overall strength and flexibility with yoga. Yoga combines a series of postures with relaxation techniques to achieve a stronger core and increased mental focus.

Cardio Hip Hop
A dance class designed to get your heart rate up while still having fun! Fun for all ability levels. Come shed those calories and learn some new moves for 50 minutes. This class is a great addition to your cardio routine.

Power Sculpt
Tone and sculpt your whole body with free weights in this intense, well choreographed 30 minute workout. You can tailor the class to suit your ability level and strength by choosing the appropriate dumbbell weight.

Abs and Flexibility
This course is designed to strengthen your abdominals and improve overall flexibility. Spending 30 minutes on your core has never been easier!
