Group Classes

Powerhouse Gym Denver offers a variety of classes that are innovative and constantly changing to meet the demands of our members. All group classes are included with the monthly membership. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis.

Class Descriptions:

Yoga
Improve your balance and build overall strength and flexibility with yoga. Yoga combines a series of postures with relaxation techniques to achieve a stronger core and increased mental focus.
Cardio Kicker
Cardio Kicker is a fast paced course that is designed to boost your metabolism and define muscle. Our high intensity, fun class is a great addition to your cardio routine.
Power Sculpt
Tone and sculpt your whole body with dumbbells in this intensive 30 min workout. You choose the dumbbell weight to suit your ability level and strength. This class has great choreography!
Abs and Flexibility

This course is designed to strengthen your abdominals and improve overall flexibility. Spending 30 minutes on your core has never been easier!

Group Run
Use this Group Run to motivate yourself outside of the gym. Geared for all levels, it will take place along different routes in the Washington Park area. Runners can plan for 1 to 3 miles.
